Refund and Returns Policy
At Islington Robotica, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange but we’ll always do our best to assist you!
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging. Please note that if we detect water damage, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases during the inspection, this will void your guarantee.
Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to be flexible, some items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase
To process your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase, so please keep it handy.
Partial Refunds
There are a few cases where only a partial refund may be given:
- If the product shows clear signs of misuse or intentional damage
- If it’s not in the original condition, is missing parts, or has been damaged for reasons beyond our control
- If the return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, no worries! Start by checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it can take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Still no luck? Feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll help you sort it out!
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, simply email us at [email protected], and send your item to: IR Exchanges, 626a Holloway Road, Islington, London N19 3PA.
Gifts
If you received the item as a gift and it was sent directly to you, we’ll provide a gift credit once the returned item is received. If the gift wasn’t shipped to you directly, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your item, please send it to: IR Returns, 626a Holloway Road, Islington, London N19 3PA. You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
